		<description>I just read the results of a poll that stated that a staggeringly high percentage of Americans (over 80%, I think) opposed this SC decision - essentially the same breakdown across the parties.  I know that the SC is not a barometer of public opinion, nor should it be, but rarely have I seen a decision that I am at a complete loss to understand.  And, apparently, I am not alone!</description>
